At MIB Limousine LLC, we ensure seamless luxury transportation from the moment you book. All communication regarding your limousine reservation will be conducted via email for clarity and convenience. Our expert reservation specialists gather essential information during your first call to provide a customized, professional car service. It's the booker’s responsibility to verify all email confirmations and details.

Top-Tier Service Agreement and Modifications:
This confirmation serves as the primary transportation service agreement. Any changes or upgrades (such as switching to a luxury SUV, executive van, or wedding limousine) will be confirmed via email. Payments, deposits, and receipts are also emailed promptly, ensuring transparent billing for your VIP travel experience.

Payment Terms & Reliability Commitments

Reliable Transportation with Clear Payment Schedules:
We require full payment or deposits based on vehicle type to confirm bookings. Final balances follow a structured schedule, ensuring no surprises. This reflects our commitment to dependable car service and punctual transportation.

• Sedan/SUV – Full payment due at booking
   
• Van/Limos – Balance due 7 days prior to service

Our chauffeurs pre-plan every trip, ensuring on-time arrivals and safe, comfortable travel. While rare delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events may occur, we promptly update you via call or text—highlighting our dedication to reliable and secure transportation.

Warm Weather Fleet Comfort:
Our luxury fleet is equipped to handle extreme heat with added cooling systems, maintaining passenger comfort in all conditions. However, no refunds will be issued for high temperatures.

Transparent Pricing & Airport Transfer Excellence

All-Inclusive Rates & Fair Gratuity Practices:
Your quoted rate is all-inclusive, except for extra time or add-ons. Chauffeurs receive 100% of the gratuity included in your bill—no tipping pressure, just exceptional chauffeur service.

Airport Pick-up Policy & Flight Tracking:
We offer premium airport transportation, tracking commercial and private flights in real time. Our chauffeurs adjust pick-up times accordingly, offering stress-free transfers with real-time updates. Accurate flight details must be provided to avoid fees.

Airport Pick-Up Procedures & FBO Services

Clear Airport Meet & Greet Instructions:
From curbside pick-up to inside meet & greet services, our process ensures smooth transitions from baggage claim to your awaiting luxury vehicle. We service Salt Lake City International (SLC) and all major/private airports.

FBO & VIP Pick-Up:
Enjoy private aviation transportation with plane-side service when FBO rules allow. Chauffeurs follow FBO-specific guidelines to provide a seamless handoff.

Deposit, Payments & Cancellation Policy

Secure Booking and Flexible Service:
We prioritize secure, dependable limo service. Full payment is required for airport/FBO bookings, and a 50% deposit for others. Deposits are non-refundable. Please review:

• Airport Transfers – 24-hour cancellation required
   
• Sedan/SUVs – 72-hour notice
   
• Vans/Limos – 7 days' notice
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges
   

Wait Time, Hourly Services, and Stop Policies

Fair Billing for Wait Time and Extra Stops:
Wait time applies after standard grace periods (35 mins domestic, 45 mins international). For hourly limo services, charges begin at scheduled pick-up. Stops over 15 minutes may incur wait time or convert to hourly billing.

Mileage fees may apply if out of the most direct route. Long trips (90+ mins) include one free courtesy stop.

Extra Charges, Bar Stock, and Damage Protection

Custom Amenities and Care for Your Ride:
Want a stocked bar or extra snacks? We offer custom limousine amenities for an upgraded experience. Fees apply based on items and procurement.

Damage Fee Policy:
We maintain a pristine, high-end fleet. Damage fees apply for smoking, vomiting, excessive messes, broken items, and vandalism.

Passenger Behavior, Alcohol, and Safety Policies

Elegant Experience with Responsible Conduct:
To ensure a safe and luxurious experience, we enforce the following:

• No smoking (including vape/e-cigs)
   
• No belligerence or destructive behavior
   
• No alcohol where minors are present
   
• Chauffeurs may terminate service if intoxication endangers safety

We are not responsible for lost items, delays due to weather or external circumstances, or mechanical breakdowns. We reserve the right to subcontract with vetted affiliates to ensure uninterrupted service.
