 We recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons or special events. However, last-minute bookings are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

 We monitor all flights in real-time and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. There are no additional fees for flight delays or early arrivals. 

 Yes! We offer complimentary car seats and booster seats for families. Simply request a seat when making your reservation, and we will have it ready for you at no extra charge. 

 After you land, you'll receive a text message to communicate directly with your chauffeur. Follow the signs to Escalators behind the Information Desk in the Baggage Claim Area, then exit through Door L2 or L3 to meet your chauffeur. 

 Yes, you can make scenic stops, meal breaks, or quick detours to specific locations. Let us know when booking, or inform your driver during the ride. Additional time may be required for the stop. 

 Gratuity is not included in the fare. It is typically 20% of the total fare, but you can adjust it based on the service received. You can prepay the gratuity during booking or pay directly to the driver. 

 We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee, depending on the type of service booked.

Yes, we offer vehicles that can accommodate large groups including Luxury Sprinter Vans and Motor Coaches for corporate events, weddings, or group travel to and from Park City, Deer Valley, or Salt Lake City. 

During special events such as the Sundance Film Festival, additional fees apply due to high demand. For example:

• $60 added for airport transfers.
   
• $30 added for in-town rides.
   
• Hourly/As-Directed services are 50% higher during the event.
