How long is the SLC Airport to Park City ride?

Typically 45–60 minutes in normal traffic. Please allow extra time during winter storms, weekends, and holidays.

Do you track flights and adjust pickup times?

Yes. We monitor arrivals in real time and adjust the pickup automatically for delays—no action needed from you.

Where will we meet our chauffeur at SLC?

We can provide Meet & Greet at baggage claim (signage on request) or curbside pickup at your terminal—your choice.

Do you offer child/booster seats?

Yes—please request during booking so we bring the correct seat and install it before pickup.

What vehicles are available?

How much luggage can we bring?

SU​Vs fit ~5–6 suitcases; Sprinters fit more plus ski bags. Tell us your headcount and gear and we’ll assign the right vehicle.

Do you offer flat rates or hourly pricing?

Yes—most airport routes are flat-rate. We also offer Hourly as Directed for multi-stop itineraries.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within the confirmed policy window are refundable; late cancellations/no-shows may be billed. Your confirmation email includes the terms for your date/vehicle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards via secure reservation link. Corporate accounts can enable centralized billing and monthly statements.

Can we make multiple stops on the way?

Yes—add stops during booking or tell your chauffeur. Additional time/mileage may apply depending on the route.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets in carriers are usually fine; please notify us in advance. Cleaning fees may apply if required.

What happens in severe weather?

Safety first. We dispatch winter-ready vehicles and adjust routes/timing as needed. If closures occur, we’ll coordinate the best available option.

Do you provide wedding and event transportation?
