Our services include SUV transportation, Sprinter Van transportation, corporate travel, wedding transfers, group transportation, and airport shuttle services. These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities, expectations, and policies governing the use of our services. These MIB Limousine Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both the client and the chauffeur team. MIB Limousine LLC accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and pre-approved corporate invoices. Payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A standard chauffeur gratuity may be included depending on the service. Additional gratuity is optional and appreciated.
Additional fees may apply for:
1. Stops that were not included in the original reservation
2. Toll roads or parking charges
3. Extra waiting time beyond the included grace period
4. Vehicle upgrade requests

1. Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
2. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: Full fare charged.
1. Cancel 12 hours prior: No charge.
2. Cancel inside 12 hours: Full fare charged.
1. Cancel 48 hours prior: No charge.
2. Less than 48 hours: Full fare charged.
1. 50% deposit required at booking
2. Deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days before the event

All MIB Limousine LLC vehicles are maintained at high standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort. Customers are expected to treat our vehicles with respect.
1. No smoking, vaping, or open flames are permitted.
2. No consumption of illegal substances.
3. Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21+ with responsible behavior.
4. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in repair charges billed to the customer.
Cleaning fees may be charged for spills, excessive trash, or situations requiring deep cleaning. Standard cleaning fees range from $150 to $500 depending on severity.
To maintain schedule efficiency, the following waiting time rules apply:
1. Airport pickups: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight arrival.
2.Residential pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
3. After the grace period, wait time fees may apply per 15-minute increment.
Flights are monitored in real-time. If your flight is delayed or changed, we adjust automatically at no extra cost.
A “no-show” occurs when the passenger fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact our team. In this case:
1. Full fare is charged.
2. Chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes before marking the ride as no-show.
Passenger safety is our highest priority. Customers must follow chauffeur instructions for safe travel.
1. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
2. Passengers must avoid distracting the chauffeur.
3. Children under 8 require an age-appropriate car seat (available upon request).
