Yes. MIB monitors arriving flights and adjusts airport pickup timing when a flight is delayed. Include the correct airline and flight number with your reservation so dispatch can monitor the arrival.

Vehicles, Luggage & Families
Capacity varies by vehicle and passenger count. SUVs may accommodate approximately five to six standard suitcases depending on the configuration, while Sprinter vehicles provide more capacity for larger groups and equipment. Tell MIB about ski bags, snowboards, oversized luggage, strollers or other bulky items before travel.
Yes, child and booster seats are available by request. Include the child's age/seat requirement when booking so the correct equipment can be prepared before pickup.

Yes. Stops can be included when arranging the reservation. Additional time or mileage may affect the final price. For a schedule with several stops or uncertain timing, consider Hourly Chauffeur Service.
MIB accepts major credit cards through its reservation system. Pre-arranged corporate billing may also be available for approved accounts. Confirm payment and billing details when making the reservation.
